You will work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our benefits administration processes. Key Responsibilities* Manage the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits plans, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.* Collaborate with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our benefits administration processes, including data analysis and process optimization. * Develop and implement business solutions to support our benefits administration goals, including project management and stakeholder engagement. * Provide exceptional customer service to our associates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.* Develop and maintain relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) and other external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. * Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. * Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our benefits administration processes. Essential Qualifications* 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop business solutions.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and associates. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plan administration. Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including data visualization and business intelligence tools. * Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration. * Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement. * Certification in benefits administration or a related field.
