About the JobAs an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you will be a vital partner to our outreach team, supporting job-specific guarantee enablement, process education, leader sales skill development, and a robust onboarding program. This role will be heavily involved in supporting and enhancing onboarding in a remote setting, as well as collaborating with other team members to help the Stage group in expertise-based training and GTM/item and framework-based updates.Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with partners to uncover training and enablement needs across sales skills and internal processes, and develop comprehensive solutions that are executed through various mediums, including content creation, instructor-led live training, LMS courses, work aids, playbook development, and more. * Regularly analyze projects to determine effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement and change throughout. * Work with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from sales new hire training to a continued onboarding experience for the Stage sales team.* Supplement the current new hire training program with additional software – 1:1 rep training, manager support, available time, and more. * Be the face of blithequark for all agents across our SMB Stage Salespeople. * Approach every opportunity for knowledge transfer as a chance to upskill, persuade, and establish positive change across the business. * Utilize strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and web-based training materials. * Develop a deep understanding of how blithequark's processes, systems, and assets work.* Work in lock-step with other training prompts to share knowledge and upskill. * Bring innovative ideas to the team and elevate the current range of skills based on your experience and interests within the learning space. About the TeamThe Client Stage Designing team is responsible for endpoint arrangement, management, and automation of macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI. Additional responsibilities include the zero-contact onboarding stream for new hires, operating system/external software fixing, and level three accelerations from service desk. Key Responsibilities* Support timely, technical solutions for scaling endpoint management.* Upgrade organizational efforts for end-user services. * Seek out amazing opportunities for automation and alleviate manual cycles. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices. * Maintain code in GitHub and participate in peer review process. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop processes and ideas. * Gain insight into macOS management. Why We're Excited About You* You have experience managing an Enterprise MDM framework (ideally Windows on bolthires Intune) and a VDI environment.* You have 3+ years of experience handling the following tools for Windows support: Intune, Entra ID/Purple Promotion, M365, Autopilot, and more. * You have knowledge in bolthires/CD for client designing cycles and tools. * You have 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages (yet not limited to: PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang). * You have experience working in a Lithe environment. Compensation and BenefitsThe base compensation range for this position is $35-$45 per hour.However, actual pay within the compensation range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For jobs that are available to be filled remotely, base compensation is capped by employee location.
