A Day in the LifeAs a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers every day.You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on everything from package delivery to customer service. You'll work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time, and you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help with their orders.
