Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:* Executing direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects* Driving the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met* Ensuring consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and executing changes* Guaranteeing region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines* Driving local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives* Upholding efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)* Providing expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership* Upholding staff training experiences and advancement opportunities* Advancing collaboration and inspiring pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrityEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues* Experience working with confidential information* Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial:* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary* Knowledge of insurance plans* Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rite Aid, Commitment, and Plus* Essential level expertise in bolthires Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a sheet, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)* Essential level expertise in bolthires PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)* Essential level expertise in bolthires Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities)Work Environment and CultureAs a member of the blithequark team, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values innovation, quality, and excellence.Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and communities, and we are committed to supporting each other in achieving our goals.
