Earnings PotentialAs a blithequark contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. We guarantee a minimum of 45 minutes of work for each hour if you're available for the full 60 minutes. ScheduleOur flexible schedule allows you to work at times that suit you best.Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software: You should be comfortable navigating and troubleshooting accounting software processes, ledger entries, and other related tasks. * Bookkeeping/accounting expertise: You'll need to have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks.* Customer service experience: You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or brick-and-mortar call center environment. * Comfort with cross-selling: You'll need to be comfortable selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns. * Strong ownership of customer issues: You should be able to take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution. * Tech savvy: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and have a strong understanding of technology.* Friendly tone and professional demeanor: You should be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
