The Role As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll be working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. You'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our stores with a smile * Providing expert advice on motoring and cycling products and services * Working on customers' vehicles and bikes, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues * Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business * Working on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure our stores are always fully staffed What We Offer We invest heavily in training to give our colleagues the skills they need to develop their careers.
