The Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the support they need to succeed. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two interactions are ever the same, and you'll need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to think on your feet.
