Job Summary As a Customer Service Adviser in our Member Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members via phone, email, and other channels. You will work closely with our members to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them navigate our products and services. You will be an ambassador for blithequark, embodying our values of empathy, compassion, and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and other channels * Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance and support * Work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns * Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs Essential Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of healthcare or wellness products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
