Job SummaryAs an Experienced Customer Service Representative –Remote Data Entry Position at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and clients, while also performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.You will work under the direct supervision of a manager and be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and quality in your work. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities* Utilize blithequark's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.* Investigate to acquire missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Settle all data entry related to special cases. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Settle Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual plan requirements. * Settle phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions.* Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. Essential Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right field, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.* Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). Preferred Qualifications* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English.
