Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative – Auto Insurance Quote Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking quotes on Auto Insurance.Your primary objective will be to gather and document client information, transfer it to our sales vendors, and use rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns. You'll also be expected to answer client questions accurately, upsell products and services as required, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
