Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Counsel, you will be responsible for:* Providing strategic legal counsel and guidance to business leaders and the board on a wide range of complex issues, including intellectual property, data analytics, digital products, and regulatory compliance. * Developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and minimize risk, including negotiating contracts, managing intellectual property portfolios, and advising on data analytics and digital product development.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, product, marketing, and technology, to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, including changes in intellectual property law, data analytics, and digital product development. * Providing training and guidance to other team members on intellectual property, data analytics, and digital product development. Essential Qualifications* Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer experience in a mix of law firm and corporate settings.* Required licensure to practice law in at least one state. * Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. * Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting deadlines of various tasks with changing completion dates. * At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. * At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership.Preferred Qualifications* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are essential for success. * Experience with contract negotiation, intellectual property portfolio management, and data analytics and digital product development. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
