As aSenior Examination Designer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesAs aSenior Examination Designer, you'll collaborate with our IT and data analytics teams to design and implement data infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. Your key responsibilities will include:* Supervising the delivery of bolthires Health data and insights drives and projects, ensuring timely and accurate results. * Maintaining long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet bolthires Health reporting and analysis requirements.* Planning, designing, and implementing layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects. * Developing data governance and pre-processing standards for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements. * Applying data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal bolthires production system sources and external records.* Performing data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records). * Creating internal tools for the automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.). Essential CapabilitiesTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:* Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.* Experience designing and implementing reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Plant. * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.* No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management. * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
