advocacyKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Virtual Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:* Providing exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns related to TurboTax products and tax return software* Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively* Collaborating with the SME and MPS to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills in tax preparation and customer service* Maintaining a high level of
