Key Responsibilities As our Vice President of Global Insights and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading efforts to integrate customer insights, data analytics, and market trends into our supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing customer-centric strategies across the organization's global supply chain * Leading cross-functional interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer needs and preferences * Analyzing and applying data analytics and market trends to inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Providing leadership and guidance to a talented team of high-performing individuals * Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience * 10+ years of experience with clear progression to senior leadership/management roles * Demonstrated strong comprehensive management, leadership, and executive skills * Working knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles * Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) * Strong background in statistical analysis and data science principles (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling) * Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) * Awareness of AI-driven technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Prior experience analyzing and applying a broad organizational and business perspective to identify and maintain focus on key drivers of organizational performance * Strong understanding of market trends/needs, business requirements, and balance them successfully * Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be highly desirable: * Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field * Experience working in a global supply chain environment * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms * Certification in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field * Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of data analytics and market trends * Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their applications * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
