Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll work closely with our team of experts to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Handle high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide solutions that meet customer needs * Navigate multiple computer screens to access customer information, resolve issues, and update records in our computer system * Type information into the computer system simultaneously while answering customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry * Collaborate with our team of experts to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries Requirements * Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Health insurance experience preferred, but not required * High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare) is a plus * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and provide solutions that meet customer needs * Ability to work in a team environment, share knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently update records in our computer system Essential Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently update records in our computer system Preferred Qualifications * Health insurance experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare) * Experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies Skills and Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently update records in our computer system * Ability to work in a team environment, share knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals * Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
