Your Role: Senior Customer Success Manager, SMB | EMEA In this dynamic and strategic role, you will be the face and voice of blithequark for our Small to Medium-Sized Business (SMB) clients in the EMEA region, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibility will be to build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with blithequark. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term success, focusing on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts. Proactively identify risks before they happen and rally internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner to optimize customer sentiment. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, hiring plans, and outcomes that will define the success of the partnership, and put a success plan in place to maximize the customer’s experience. Host regular business reviews to review the partnership and ensure alignment with customer goals. Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner. Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests. Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience. Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. A proven relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them. Quantitatively-inclined and data-savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations. A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility. A solid track record of achievement, such as success in a top-tier company, delivering quantifiable business impact, quickly assuming responsibilities, or winning competitive awards. A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data. Curiosity and a genuine interest in making an impact. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SMBs in the EMEA region. Knowledge of payroll and HR platforms, as well as compliance and regulatory requirements in the EMEA region. Fluency in multiple languages spoken in the EMEA region. Previous experience with project management tools and software.
