About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our CPC Processor team in a remote call center environment. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, including patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. You will be responsible for processing medical record requests, documenting information in multiple platforms, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate updates on their medical record status. This is a full-time remote role, Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST. You will be working in a high-volume production environment, and we are looking for individuals who are comfortable with this fast-paced setting and are able to multitask with ease.
