Learn more about our Company, Culture, and Values here: About the Job We're looking for a Customer Care Advocate to focus on our SalonBiz Software, a single solution for unlimited growth for salons and spas. SalonBiz provides the tools salons need to thrive, including appointment booking, integrated payments, inventory management, and comprehensive reporting. As a Customer Care Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our software. Key Responsibilities: Passionately support SalonBiz's commitment to creating an exceptional experience for each of our customers. Take calls, emails, and text requests from SalonBiz customers, answering questions, working to resolve issues, and ensuring our customers have the support they need to be successful. Provide software training for customers and master the SalonBiz solution to offer guidance on how to best use our product. Offer technical support, application installs specific to SalonBiz, and learn Oracle SQL developer. Express empathy for each customer's situation and work to understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Reduce cancellations by solving problems and offering solutions to customers experiencing any issues. What You'll Bring: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Minimum one-year related work experience in a similar role. Some call centre or technical software experience. A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to creating long-term relationships with our customers. Strong writing and phone skills. Critical thinking and a willingness to problem-solve. A team player who performs well independently. The ability to multitask, take direction, and execute with precision. A confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment. Experience using the SalonBiz software in a salon is a plus. Where: The blithequark team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we're used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – you'll work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
