As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, working from the comfort of your own home to provide world-class service to our customers. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries or issues, and processing orders and entering data into our order entry system. Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Acting as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark, providing world-class service to all customers * Successfully troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts * Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction via incoming phone contacts * Processing orders and entering data into our order entry system via incoming phone contacts * Tracking customer packages * Other duties as assigned Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) * The ability to meet blithequark's and our Remote Customer Care Work from Home Guidelines and expectations * Excellent communication skills * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency * Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance * Ability to work a set schedule (scheduled start, stop, breaks, and lunches), including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs; flexibility required during peak times * A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace * The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership * The ability to type and talk simultaneously * Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router w/ Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi) Benefits As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement, and Paid Time Away * Life Insurance and Disability * Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources * A work-from-home subsidy of $50/month * Performance-based incentives/bonuses * 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more (eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment) Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. Pay Range Details The pay range for this role is $15.75 - $24.00 hourly, dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
