Job SummaryAs a Part-TimeRemote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks, including patient enrollment, prescription processing, and customer correspondence.You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities* Utilize blithequark's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).* Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve Outsider Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to backup plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations.* Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days, and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Capabilities* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.* Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports). * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Capabilities* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
