About the Role As a Retail Customer Training Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for guiding small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively. You'll facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding, listen to customers' needs, and adjust your teaching methods accordingly. Your role will also involve interacting with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance, promoting an inclusive environment, and supporting team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services. Key Responsibilities * Guide small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively through hands-on learning and interactive training sessions. * Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding and address their specific needs. * Listen to customers' needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure a personalized and engaging experience. * Interact with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance and support, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect. * Support team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services, such as business services and the Genius Bar. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results. Requirements * Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning, making complex concepts accessible and engaging for customers. * Experience teaching small groups and multiple customers simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering effective training sessions. * Strong interpersonal skills to engage with users and understand their goals, building trust and rapport with customers. * Self-motivated and able to adhere to a structured training schedule, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives. * Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
