Key Responsibilities As an Apple Home Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Championing customer success by providing expert technical support and guidance on Apple products and services * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a range of Apple devices and operating systems (iOS, macOS, Windows, Android) * Adapting your communication style to effectively engage with diverse customer personalities and ensure clarity, empathy, and a positive rapport * Maintaining a deep understanding of Apple's product ecosystem and effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers * Thriving in a dynamic, remote work environment and demonstrating self-direction, time management, and adaptability * Embracing opportunities for professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest Apple technologies and best practices * Accurately documenting customer interactions and technical details while adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols * Demonstrating flexibility in working hours to meet business needs, including availability for various shifts throughout the week and occasional weekend coverage * Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including a minimum typing rate of 40 words per minute and a commitment to providing high-quality customer interactions Qualifications & Requirements To be successful as an Apple Home Advisor, you'll need: * An educational foundation in a four-year accredited college or university in the U.S., with an anticipated graduation date by December 2025 or later * Majors in technology, business, communications, or related fields are highly preferred * A minimum 2.7 GPA preferred * Technical aptitude and a willingness to develop expertise in technical troubleshooting * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely * A dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection * Ability to attend nine weeks of required part-time virtual training on a structured schedule, including weekends (summer training schedules may vary) * Scheduling flexibility, including availability to work flexible shifts, including three or more shifts per week between 4:00 p.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, and one eight-hour shift on the weekend (primarily Saturdays) between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST * Successful completion of a pre-employment evaluation and record verification * A strong understanding and commitment to blithequark's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion * Ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including participating in the E-Check program where required * Adherence to blithequark's drug-free workplace policy Compensation & Benefits As an Apple Home Advisor, you'll receive a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
