Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner * Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed * Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as required * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution * Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk * Experience with ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk or JIRA * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems * Knowledge of industry-specific products and services * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) * Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes * Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a focus on flexibility and agility * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
