Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our DTOA team, where you'll provide analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt bolthires World Commerce.As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting forecasting, root-cause analysis, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions* Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for further research, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish* Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data* Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations toSenior Leadership and business partners* Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various business programs* Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelinesMeasurement and Analytics* Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports* Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed* Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results* Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights* Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team membersWe're Looking for Someone with* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role* Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques* Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time* Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)* Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment* Experience with SQL and R or PythonNice-to-Haves* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI* Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python* Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills* Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members* Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data scienceWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly rate of $25-40/hour* Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment and media industry* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Professional development opportunities and training* Flexible remote work arrangement* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offIf you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for this role.
