Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, reviewing and removing nonessential information, and combining data from multiple sources. You will also be required to search for additional information for documents deemed incomplete, methodically review completed work for errors, and file information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities * Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources * Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete * Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product * File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems * Investigate reports and sheets of data * Sift through websites for information * Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress Requirements * Mobile/Desktop/Laptop is mandatory for remote work * Basic knowledge of computers and typing skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Qualifications * 10th/12th, diploma, Graduate, and others * Any graduation/diploma/qualification can join * Basic knowledge of computers and typing skills * Good typing speed (at least 40 wpm) Experience * Minimum experience: 0 years * Previous experience in data entry or a related field is an asset * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
