Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and completes resets and revisions as directed. Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Complies with all blithequark policies and procedures, maintains respectful relationships with coworkers, and completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly to assist customers.
