ResponsibilitiesAs aRemote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:* Connecting with customers: You'll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.* Calmly resolving issues: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise. * Escalating interactions: You'll escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests: You'll respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking call-related information: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback: You'll provide feedback on call issues. * Upselling: You'll upsell if required.
