Job SummaryAs a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding financial queries.You'll be responsible for managing follow-bolthires on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experience, resolve financial inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate responses to our customers.
