What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:* Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues. * Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers and provide clear, concise solutions. * The ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. * The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. * A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results.
