About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Success to at blithequark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our most critical commercial relationships with large animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, such as Zoetis and Boehringer Ingelheim. You will lead a high-performing team that provides essential sales and marketing functions to these partners, driving value and growth in these relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 8-10 people focused on supporting blithequark's largest manufacturer partners, fostering their potential and supporting their professional development. Develop and implement strategies to drive value to these critical relationships, alongside the team and partners, and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives. Travel (up to 25%) to clients for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions, building strong trust and relationships with decision-makers. Gather feedback to inform blithequark's commercial strategy and development priorities, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our partners. Assist in outlining and reviewing team-created materials that will be sent to clients, such as proposals, results decks, QBRs, and other critical documents. Continually iterate on team processes to optimize performance, ensuring that we are delivering exceptional results and exceeding our partners' expectations. Conduct regular account reviews to set achievable goals and assess performance across accounts, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: 10+ years of account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in complex enterprise relationships. Previous people management responsibilities for a team of 3+, with a strong ability to foster the potential of your team members and support their professional development. Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of large animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. An eagerness to be involved in the details of ongoing projects, despite a high-level role and title, with a strong attention to detail and project management skills. Interest in data and more quantitative problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights that inform our commercial strategy. Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities, with a positive attitude and team-based mentality, and excellent collaboration skills. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports that drive business outcomes. Comfortability in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $160,000/year - $280,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
