About the Role: Customer Support Billing Specialist As a Customer Support Billing Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our authors have a seamless financial experience. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving payment-related inquiries, managing overdue payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Collections and payment follow-ups: Contact authors with overdue payments and work collaboratively to resolve outstanding balances, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Process royalty withdrawals: Ensure smooth and timely author royalty payments, adhering to our high standards of service and efficiency. Payment method updates: Assist authors with updating their payment details and resolving failed transactions, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process. Dispute resolution: Handle refund requests, chargebacks, and customer disputes with a problem-solving mindset, aiming to de-escalate issues and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions. Maintain accurate records: Keep financial support and collections activities well-documented, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with our internal policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications: Experience in customer financial support, collections, or payment processing, with a strong understanding of financial operations and customer service principles. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English, enabling you to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
