Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to, responsible for accompanying the growth of strategic customers and partners through holistic customer lifecycle management of our SaaS model. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient onboarding of new SaaS customers, supporting strategic customers and partners independently, and advising them on the optimal use of our software platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving incidents, analyzing structured data to support customer success, and presenting key performance indicators in monthly dialogues. Key Responsibilities Accompany the growth of strategic customers and partners through different activities along a holistic customer lifecycle management of a SaaS model Ensure an efficient onboarding of new SaaS customers, setting them up for success from the outset Support strategic customers and partners independently, advising them on the use of selected features of our software platforms to maximize their benefits Orchestrate an end-2-end process with involved departments (e.g., sales, 2nd level support, and development) to ensure a sustainable resolution of incidents Prepare and present relevant key figures for strategic customers and partners in monthly performance dialogues, providing actionable insights for growth Analyze structured data to support customer success through insights and KPIs, driving customer engagement and retention Act as a central interface for our back-office service, ensuring seamless communication and support Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally combined with several years of practical experience in customer success management or a similar role. Prior experience in the e-mobility sector, coupled with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and software products, is highly desirable.
