ResponsibilitiesAs an entry-level Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, handling cash transactions, and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Your key responsibilities will include:* Providing thoughtful, efficient, and friendly service to members in person and over the phone* Handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and similar transactions* Maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers* Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives* Maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and financial responsibilityRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:* High school diploma or equivalent required* Previous experience in customer service and cash handling required* Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish as a second language preferred* Strong computer, math, and communication skills* Positive attitude, sense of teamwork and cooperation, attention to detail, and high degree of personal integrity and financial responsibility* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Availability to work one Saturday morning every four weeks from 8:50 am-12:10 pmPreferred Qualifications* Previous experience in the financial industry or a related field* Knowledge of financial products and services* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWork Environment and CultureAs a member of our team, you will be working in a professional, service-oriented environment that values collaboration, innovation, and member satisfaction.Our American Fork branch office is a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional member experiences.
