Your key responsibilities will include:* Team Leadership: Manage a team of remote live chat agents to ensure they have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. * Live Chat Operations: Monitor live chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues.* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our live chat operations, including process improvements, technology enhancements, and training programs. * Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to address customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. * Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.* Training and Development: Train new agents on live chat software and best practices, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. * Escalated Inquiries: Take escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
