Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure quality and accuracy* Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data integrity and security policies* Scanning documents and printing files as needed, ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions* Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support* Complying with data integrity and security policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company standardsEssential QualificationsTo succeed as an Experienced Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will need:* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of administrative duties and office equipment* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms* Familiarity with typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with a keen eye for detail* Attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines* Confidentiality, with a strong understanding of data integrity and security policies* Organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously* High school diploma;
