You will provide thorough information to guide customers from purchase to their first use. Technical Support: Offer top-tier support by troubleshooting customer issues and offering technical assistance related to product setup, operation, and maintenance. Ensure that customers are confident and satisfied with their purchase.Customer Journey Support: Support our customers throughout their entire experience—after purchase, through delivery, and all the way to their first use. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standard of our luxury brand. Seamless DeliveryExperience: Coordinate closely with our warehouse, shipping partners, and product teams to ensure timely, efficient, and hassle-free delivery. Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and satisfaction with their purchase.Problem Solving: Approach challenging customer situations with a problem-solving mindset, providing quick and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
