Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, fostering trust and loyalty through open and interactive communication.Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings. Utilize various resources, methods, and tools to provide accurate and complete information to customers. Meet and exceed established sales targets and call handling quotas, contributing to the overall success of the customer support team. Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and alternatives that resolve issues promptly.Troubleshoot and investigate complex customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required. Minimum Education and Work Experience To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Degree or equivalent, as well as a minimum of two (2) years of prior customer support work experience or experience working as a Client Service Representative or related position.Your background should demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills and Qualifications Strong computer skills, with experience using MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bolthires Suite. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. A track record of over-achieving quota, with a strong focus on sales and customer growth.Excellent phone contact handling skills, with active listening and strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Customer service-focused, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities. Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and passionate communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry, with accurate and efficient keyboarding skills. Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands of this role require you to sit at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods, using your hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (including a computer keyboard and operating a telephone). You may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and you should be able to walk and communicate effectively through speaking and listening.Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
