You will be the primary point of contact for all inbound service calls, specializing in billing and technical support. Proactively review the customer's account and educate them on additional service options that may be of benefit to them. Support all blithequark video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.Escalate any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues to ensure that they are addressed promptly and effectively. Perform all other related duties as assigned to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Prior call center experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is required.You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical support and billing information to customers.
