Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. • Empathetic and positive attitude towards customers and Dashers.
