Job SummaryAs an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients via phone and email, processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages, and accurately logging client interactions in our internal database.
