About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to at blithequark. As the first point of contact for customers needing support with airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical troubleshooting, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Schedule appointments for airbag recall services and provide dealership information, ensuring seamless and efficient support for our customers. Assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services. Accurately document customer concerns and create support cases, maintaining detailed records and ensuring effective issue resolution. Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department for follow-up, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Collaborate with team members to share feedback and grow together, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Use multiple screens and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions, leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience. Essential Qualifications Strong customer service and call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to navigate computer systems and type at least 30 WPM, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork. Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus, although not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our industry and products. College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is welcome, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies, with a strong interest in the industry and its trends. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
