And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThis position plays a pivotal support role in driving strategic initiatives across the Central Region and will provide a high degree of visibility across Market leadership. This individual will provide project and strategic support to the regional leadership and Business teams through the driving of local market strategies, leading various initiatives including those related to customer pursuit plans, strategic analytics, planning and execution and enabling best of class policies, procedures and plans for the area.Acts independently to address issues, guide direction, and provide analysis for planning initiatives. The Manager, Project Management, will be expected to:• Work on assigned tasks and lead assigned initiatives independently• Simultaneously manage multiple work streams, often with conflicting deadlines• Collaborate with team and Market leadership on strategic goalsKey Responsibilities:• Works to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on progress against goals for the Central Region and the Region Development team.• Contributes to the development of complex strategies that encompass the organization's goals and position by utilizing project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback. • Become proficient in data/dashboards and independently determine where to pull critical information. Provide substantive assistance investigating ad hoc requests by senior leaders and summarizing results with completeness and accuracy. • Applies advanced knowledge of strategic methods to support business direction.• Formulates communication presentations and materials for strategic initiatives. • Audits processes and procedures for consistency, efficiency, and bolthires effectiveness. • Consistently deliver accurate work product; ability to quality check one's own work. • Anticipate and recommend next steps. • Effectively manage one's own calendar and email; manage calendars and emails on behalf of the team for various projects. Required Qualifications• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, strategic planning and/or business consulting• Healthcare Industry experience, managed care experience preferred• Strong communication skills• Strong analytical skills• Highly attentive to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy• Ability to successfully manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines• Ability to move several projects forward simultaneously• Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately, summarize complex information• Strong proficiency in Outlook (email and calendar) and Teams; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel• Ability to think strategically and analytically• Strong sense of intellectual curiosityEducation:Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Equivalent ExperienceAnticipated Weekly HoursTime TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a bolthires bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
