The Role: Customer Success Manager We're seeking experienced Customer Success Managers who know what it takes to run a successful dispensary and want to scale that expertise to impact the entire industry. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, serving as their trusted partner and advisor. You'll drive adoption across our product suite, ensure customer satisfaction, and help our customers achieve their most important outcomes. This is not your average Customer Success Manager role – it's part operator, part strategist, and part executive advisor. Key Responsibilities: Own a book of high-value customers and become their go-to advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary executives, operators, and investor groups, leveraging your industry expertise to drive growth and adoption. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align blithequark with customer goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for success. Drive adoption of blithequark's product suite, including blithequark Maui, Ecom, Pay, Greet, Stash, and View, and ensure customers are getting the most out of our solutions. Spot risks early, resolve issues quickly, and protect renewals, using your expertise to mitigate potential problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Partner with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure the customer voice drives improvements, leveraging your insights to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. Track customer health and ROI with data, not guesswork, using metrics and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. About You: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of the cannabis retail industry, as well as experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. You should be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a relationship-builder with high EQ and a consultative style. You should be comfortable working with executives and investors, and be able to hold your own in high-pressure situations. Essential Qualifications: Experience as a dispensary GM, retail director, or multi-store operator, with a proven track record of success in the cannabis retail industry. Deep understanding of cannabis retail operations, compliance, and customer experience, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive growth and adoption. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, executives, and investors. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and adoption. Strong data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to track customer health and ROI with data. Familiarity with blithequark's product suite, including blithequark Maui, Ecom, Pay, Greet, Stash, and View. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This includes: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 and an OTE of $100,000 - $110,000 + Equity.
