Responsibilities:As a Customer Sales Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:* Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network and drive business growth. * Building strong relationships with customers by creating connections and asking the right questions to uncover their needs and preferences.* Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution that meets their unique needs and exceeds their expectations. * Closing sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions that make a real difference in their lives. * Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory to stay ahead of the curve and drive business success.* Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
