Job Summary As an Associate Customer Success Director at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting client managers, strengthening client relationships, and facilitating smooth service delivery through escalation resolution. You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and streamlining the client's PES screening process.
