Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of primary care services provided by our network of providersMonitor and analyze provider performance data and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement performance improvement initiativesLead and manage a team of primary care performance specialists to support provider performance improvement effortsConduct regular performance reviews with primary care providers and provide feedback and coaching to drive improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with key primary care provider partnersStay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices related to primary care and provider performanceAdvocate for and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the primary care networkDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality metrics and standardsCommunicate performance data and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholdersCollaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for bolthires savings and process improvements within the primary care networkRepresent bolthires at industry events and conferences related to primary care and provider performance.bolthires is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
