Key Responsibilities: Pet Parent Engagement: You'll get to know our customers and their pets, creating a personalized shopping experience that meets their unique needs and exceeds their expectations.Associate Leadership: As a leader, you'll motivate and guide a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Engagement Manager at blithequark, you'll need: 2+ years of retail management experience: A proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our customers.Excellent communication and leadership skills:The ability to motivate and guide associates, as well as communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
