Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Utilizing data from our customer feedback tool to inform and educate our retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint, ensuring that we're always striving to improve and exceed customer expectations.Providing customer insights and feedback around strengths, opportunities, and following up on improvement action plans to drive continuous growth and development. Supporting blithequark events, such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities, and community outreach programs, to foster a sense of community and connection with our customers and stakeholders. Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes to ensure that our customers' voices are heard and valued.Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums to share knowledge, best practices, and areas for improvement, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous retail experience, with a deep understanding of the retail environment and the importance of providing outstanding customer service.Experience analyzing, planning, and measuring performance, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive insights from data.
