Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input financial data, such as invoices, expense reports, payments, and purchase orders, into accounting software or databases, ensuring all entries are complete and properly categorized. Record Keeping: Maintain and update records of financial transactions, ensuring all entries are complete and properly categorized, and easily accessible for audit purposes.Invoice Processing: Enter and verify invoice details, assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks, and ensure timely processing of payments, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, or other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Document Management: Scan, file, and organize digital or physical financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.Report Preparation: Compile basic financial reports or summaries as requested by supervisors, such as expense tracking or budget updates, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
