About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, and delivering expert customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple tasks simultaneously Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
